about

Upstream was the debut album from The Bismarcks in 1999. A band playing traditional English dance music. Upstream is where you go to find the original source, and the band's selection of tunes takes us back to the sources of English music - an eclectic mixture, all played in The Bismarcks distinctive rhythmic style.

about

The Bismarcks England, UK

The Bismarcks were an English traditional dance music band who made two CDs, in 1999 and 2005. They no longer perform as a band, and thought Bandcamp the ideal place to save the recordings for posterity.
